 You may open a control sheet with an individual number for each of your PPE items.
This individual number is part indicated by the manufacturer, part made up by yourself on the base of the batch number, given necessarily by the manufacturer.
To be always able to connect your control sheet with the note of use, it will be necessary to keep this last one with, at least the number of lot and possibly the individual number when it is supplied by the manufacturer.
In the case of a rope, a harness or another PPE BEAL with an individual number IDN, you don’t have to keep this note of use because this one is available at any time on-line on beal-services.info. |
